Adicione Leite aquecido entre 55\/65 graus e cremoso (use um batedor de leite para transform\u00e1-lo em espuma ou creme de leite). Coloque o creme de leite no copo e finalize adicionando, delicadamente, um caf\u00e9 expresso. Pode us\u00e1-lo em sopas, peixes, molhos, saladas, omeletes e todos os pratos onde a cebola seria muito intensa, mas o cebolinho \u00e9 bem-vindo. No que toca a molhos, combina bem com salsa picada, e pode junt\u00e1-lo a queijos creme, manteigas, pat\u00e9s ou molhos com iogurte e hortel\u00e3 para acompanhar pratos de peixe.
